Grand Prize Trivia Question

In Cool Ranch you’ll be sent on a quest to find silver to make some special bullets.
You’ll run into the owner of the Silver Mine who will ask you to clear out some
nasty blood bats. Do it and he’ll give you the silver you need.

The Silver Mine Owner is based on a real life person.
Name the person and what he’s famous for.

Here’s a little help: You don’t need to have access to Cool Ranch to find the name of this guy. You might even find it right here on our site.
