Round 1 – Riddle Me This!

Do you know your Pirate101 Governors? This one is an evil apparition that hides in a church. He’s a Swashbuckler that must to be defeated in a crypt beneath the chapel or there could be Consequences to pay. Can you name him?

– There’s enough clues in our question to find out who he is. You don’t have to have access to the area he’s in, or have the quest related to him.
