Pirate Updates In The Test Realm

Yesterday, August 30, 2018, KingsIsle announced the Pirate 101 Test Realm is open for players who would like to see and test out over 1,000 updates to the game. Join players in testing a new promotion quest, quest finder feature, new skeleton key bosses, more inventory room, new pet names and many more updates. How Does It Work
If you’ve been to the test realm before, login as usual and the updates will be applied, just like when you log into the live game. Be patient while the new updates are added!

If you’ve never been part of the Pirate Test Team, here’s how it works.

If you haven’t been to the test realm before, you’ll have to down load the test version of the game. Yes it’s an entirely different game executable. You’ll have two icons on your PC, one for the Live game and one for the Test Realm.

Visit the Test Realm page to down load the game.
You’ll be asked to agree to agree to the conditions and rules of the Test Realm.
This Test Realm is available to Members with an Active Membership.
This Test Realm is also available to Crowns Players who have made a purchase of $6 or more in the last 30 days.
This Test Realm is NOT available to Free to Play Players.

Instructions and Conditions

You will use the same Login and Password that you use in the Live Realm.
Your characters are copied over from the Live Realm, however the level and status of your characters on Live may not match the level and status of your characters on Test. Newer items you have on the Live Realm may not appear in the Test Realm.
What you do in the Test Realm does NOT affect your characters in the Live Realm.
Any items you receive or levels you achieve in this Test Realm will not carry over to your Live characters.
We may reset your characters on the Test Realm to a previous date without warning
The Crowns you have in this test realm are fake, you have not been charged for them, and they will not carry over to the Live Realm.
Once again, what you do in the Test Realm does NOT affect your characters in the Live Realm.

Login and be one of the first to see the new updates and additions! You’ll be able to report a Bug, make a Comment or make a suggestion for a change or addition.

Be fore warned. The first thing you’ll need to do once you enter, is to set the talents of all your Crew members. Seems that’s one thing that doesn’t transfer from the live realm to the test realm. If you’re a level 70 Captain, that’s a lot of crew folks.
